We calculate our shipping costs based on the weight of your order This will be done automatically for you on checkout. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery.
Please consider that all of our products are handmade. We are a small business and do not make our products in large batches. Therefore, please be aware that there may sometimes be a turnaround time of up to 10 days.
We will be happy to refund your product in the event of any damage or default where Amber & Tonic is at fault. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. If it appears that your candle has not been burnt correctly as per our candle care instructions, then unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate a refund. We strongly recommend that our candle care instructions are read upon purchase and followed correctly to ensure to best possible burning experience.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
